谢甲涛,yl6809永利yl6809永利,教授。2008年获yl6809永利植物病理农学博士学位,2010年9月至2013年2月,美国肯塔基大学(University of Kentucky)植物病理系从事博士后合作研究,2017年1月晋升为教授;现任国际病毒分类委员会(ICTV)减病毒科、双分病毒科分类委员会委员,中国植物病理学会青年工作委员会副主任,湖北省植物病理学会秘书长。主要从事研究工作:致力于利用真菌病毒与寄主互作分子机制,及其控制作物菌核病的研究,发现核盘菌等植物病原菌群体中含有丰富的病毒资源。解析了13种新病毒及其分子特性,发现SsMYRV4和SsPV1等具有控制作物真菌病害的潜力,发现新型卫星RNA及病毒间基因水平转移事件。近5年以第一作者或通讯作者在Annual Review of Phytopathology、PLoS Pathogens、Journal of Virology、Virology、Journal of General Virology等期刊上发表病毒相关论文14篇。先后主持国家自然科学基金、霍英东教育基金会高等院校青年教师基金等7项真菌病毒相关的研究课题,获国家授权发明专利13项。
